Group Tour Request Form

Group tour requests should be submitted at least 10 business days in advance of the proposed tour date.

The tour will be approximately two hours in length which includes an admissions presentation, one 15 minute information session of your choice, and a guided tour through ASU’s campus. Groups may opt to purchase lunch on campus for $7.30 (includes tax) or $6.74 (tax exempt) per person. Please note campus dining facilities may not be open on your scheduled tour day.

Each group will receive an Admissions presentation that will include information on financial aid and scholarships, residential programs, and first generation programming. Your group can opt into adding ONE of the sessions below.

If you have special accommodations, please indicate this below so the Office of Admissions can provide a positive experience during your campus visit. This may include medical conditions, mobility issues, Spanish translation, etc.

Tour arrangements must be confirmed by ASU staff. You will receive confirmation by phone or e-mail when your visit is finalized.

Group tours are available only on regular university class days.

Please remember that the adult chaperone(s) is responsible for student conduct at all times. We certainly do not anticipate problems, but ASU personnel reserve the right to discontinue the tour if conduct or safety issues arise.
