Field Trip Campus Tour Request Form

Group tour requests should be submitted at least 10 business days in advance of the proposed tour date. Group tours are available only on regular university class days. The maximum group size is 250 students. 

The tour will vary in length; groups may opt to purchase lunch on campus. Please note campus dining facilities may not be open on your scheduled tour day. 

*Note: The full-service cafeteria will be closed for remodel in the spring semester. We will have on-campus dining options available. Please reference the information below.

Tour arrangements must be confirmed by ASU staff. You will receive confirmation by phone or e-mail when your visit is finalized.

For a more enjoyable experience and safety, ASU staff reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a visit due to inclement weather conditions including rain. If there is a high percentage of rain, be prepared for a possible cancellation due to difficulty in touring and walking through campus with large groups due to possible flooding of sidewalks. If your visit or tour results in a cancellation or needs to be rescheduled, you will be notified by ASU staff.
